Prices, Shipping Charges and Payment
Prices, shipping charges and payment terms shall be as specified on the Heavenly Scents Store, as determined when ordering online. Heavenly Scents reserves the right to change prices published on the Heavenly Scents store at any time.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Heavenly Scents. Heavenly Scents will provide you with an order acceptance or rejection notice as soon as reasonably possible.
Our right to cancel your order
Heavenly Scents reserves the right to cancel any accepted order prior to delivery, at Heavenly Scents discretion (whether or not payment was made). If payment was made and your order is cancelled, Heavenly Scents will issue an appropriate credit to your account (or may contact you to collect information in order to do so).
Your right to cancel your order
Prior to delivery, you have the right to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued using the payment details provided when you ordered.
Your right to return
You have 30 calendar days to return unwanted, unopened and unused products (personalized orders excluded) for a refund or exchange.

Orders can be returned in person or by post. Please note that return postage is covered by the customer. Before returning any goods, please get in touch using the contact form or by sending an email to handmade@heavenly-scents.co.uk.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly to avoid them being damaged on the way! If returned items reach us damaged or not in the original condition, any refunds will be at our discretion.
Delivery and Collection
When placing your order there are three ways for you to receive your goods; postage, delivery or collection.

Postage
We aim to dispatch postal orders within 2-3 working days, orders are sent via second class Royal Mail service. Orders are usually delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch, however sometimes delivery may take longer.

Delivery
Delivery is offered only where the postcode is in the CV8 area (Kenilworth). If you request delivery at checkout you will be contacted within 2-3 working days via telephone or email to arrange delivery.

Collection
Collection orders will be ready within 2-3 working days. However, if you are collecting your order we ask that you get in touch to arrange a suitable collection time. Please get in touch via email handmade@heavenly-scents.co.uk or message our Facebook group.
